hey everyone!


so it's been awhile since i've posted on LJ. school has been really rough these days, and then there's also the fact that i'm applying to college. i'm planning on double majoring in vocal music/possibly musical theatre and communications. so there is also auditions for college...yay lol. i'll definitely write up a post about academia and life in the music department.


so in terms of fandoms, i haven't been really watching gossip girl. i still love the show, i just keep missing it. based on what i hear on LJ, i feel as though i wouldn't be very happy, so i'm keeping my eye open for episode plots that will actually appeal to me then wait for those to come out. new shows that i love: GLEE. i'm a musical theater kid so obviously this show would appeal to me. hopefully i'll write a post about Glee. WEEDS. i know it's an established show already, but i didn't actually watch it until i decided to use it for my culture project. i'm also going to have to do a post on the philosophies we learned in culture. [info]hope_sparkles is in my culture class, so we can post about it together! and then the other show i love is CASTLE. the chemistry between the two mains is just great, and the episodes are very creative and well-written.


so to make up for my lack of postage i've decided to do a picspam! the picspam is based on one of my favorite book series, The Blue Bloods. for those who are not familiar with the series, the premise of the story is that vampires are fallen angels who decided after their fall that they wanted salvation, so that is why they are forced to live on earth and feed on human beings as punishment. it takes place in manhattan where all the elite "blue bloods" really are blue-blooded-they are vampires who reincarnate through physical shells. so it mixes a lot of genres i love in fiction: rich teen drama, angel/demon/supernatural lore, and history!


so the picspam is basically my dream cast of all the main teenager characters using only fashion models. since they are depicted as all beautiful, i thought models would be appropriate. it was really hard to decide, but these definitely fit the roles for me. if you want me to explain a character, just ask.
